- You agree to follow all platform rules and guidelines
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. User Accounts

- Keep login details secure
- Not share your account with others
- Take responsibility for all actions under your account
3. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Post illegal, harmful, hateful, or explicit content
- Harass, bully, or impersonate users
- Share false or misleading information
- Hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the App
- Promote violence, drugs, or illegal activities
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.
4. Features & Services
Zeroboring provides features including:
- Event discovery & ticketing
- Routes and mapping
- Places recommendations
- User communication & chat
- Community engagement
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
5. Payments & Tickets
- All payments are final unless stated otherwise
- We are not responsible for third-party payment errors
- We facilitate transactions between users and event organizers
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, design elements, and software belong to Zeroboring or its partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account anytime through the “Delete Account” button in the app.
Once submitted:
- Your account is deactivated immediately
- Your data is held for 90 days
- After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted
You may restore your account during the 90-day period by contacting support.
8. Termination
We may suspend or delete your account without notice if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in harmful or suspicious behavior
- Are required to be removed by law enforcement
9. Disclaimers
Zeroboring is provided “as is,” without guarantees regarding:
- Uninterrupted access
- Error-free functionality
- Accuracy of user-generated content
We are not responsible for user disputes, third-party failures, or damages arising from app use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data
- Financial losses
- Emotional distress
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
